For Christmas Day lunch at Osteria del Borro, overlooking the medieval village, executive chef Andrea Campani offers his reinterpretation of traditional Tuscan dishes with a modern twist. His dishes, which express a search for new combinations and flavours based on wholesome raw ingredients and strictly seasonal fruit and vegetables, are served with a selection of fine wines to make your Christmas an unforgettable experience and a discovery of genuine Tuscan flavours.
The two wines that will be served with lunch are Il Borro, a blend which has become the estate’s flagship, and Pian Di Nova, 75% Syrah and 25% Sangiovese.
Salmon marinated in citrus fruits and dill
