“La mortadella fuor d’acqua”, this is the menu title that Il Borro Tuscan Bistro, in collaboration with Il Borro, will offer you at the 2015 edition of Fuori di Taste, collateral event of the famous Taste of Pitti Immagine.
During the important culinary kermesse dedicated to Italian excellence, our executive chef Andrea Campani will present you new and surprising recipes, matched with the great wines of Il Borro. The selected products are born from Venetian water and Tuscan land: the Tuna and bass of Orizzonti del Pescatore fish company and the bologna of Mannori butcher shop from Prato.
You just have to come to visit us at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro from March 5 to 9, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., to taste tradition and innovation of our specialities.
