For the important event Relais & Châteaux Gourmet Festival 2014, Il Borro will organize a summer evening with an exclusive dinner within the charming Medieval Village.
On July 16, two excellent chefs, Andrea Campani (Osteria del Borro) and Norbert Niederkofler (St. Hubertus) will create a menu which combines South Tyrolean and Tuscany tradition: a way between taste and characteristic dishes.
