Wines
Wine, an expression
of the territory
The unique pedoclimatic conditions, mild winters, and excellent exposure of the vineyards have allowed over time to produce wines of great quality. In 1995, after a careful study of the terroir, new vines were planted and existing ones cared for according to the principles of organic farming. Since 2015 Il Borro has become an entirely organic farm and promoter of sustainability. Today the winery produces 12 fine labels, 10 of which are organic.

Farm to table
Within Il Borro, catering plays a central role in meeting the most refined tastes, with a specific gastronomic offering based on the farm-to-table concept that brings Tuscan excellence to the table. A gourmet menu offered by Osteria del Borro and a more traditional menu at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro. All the restaurant offerings are under the guidance of Executive Chef Andrea Campani, who arrived at Il Borro in 2013.
