Thanks to the skillful intervention of local craftsmen and artisans, the same ones who lent their work to the restoration of the hamlet, today Mulino represents a unique elite accommodation facility.

Staying at Villa Mulino means living a relaxing and intimate vacation experience, respecting one’s privacy, surrounded only by nature and lulled by the sound of the river flowing nearby.
Mulino is composed of the main villa, a building cleverly recovered from the remains of an ancient water mill, and a large dependance, ideal for medium and long stays, with family or friends.
The main villa is structured on two floors, with a large living room at the entrance and a kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. Inside the annex, characterized by large spaces, we find a cozy entrance hall and 120 square meters on 2 floors. Common spaces, such as kitchen and living room, alternate with 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Outside Villa Mulino is nestled in a forest of holm oaks and oaks, cordoned off for the safety of small children and four-legged friends.
The old water catchment basin, just a few steps from the roaring stream, has been transformed into a large infinity pool, equipped with a solarium and relaxation area.
