Il Borro is pleased to announce that it has achieved Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Certification, an important milestone that recognizes the Estate’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and responsible tourism.
The certification was issued by Dream&Charme, an international Certification Body accredited to ISO/IEC 17065 by Accredia, the Italian Accreditation Body operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
This recognition reflects Il Borro’s commitment to translating the principles of sustainability into concrete actions, integrating them into its daily approach to hospitality and the management of the Estate, with particular attention to environmental protection, people, and the enhancement of the local area.
As Vittoria Ferragamo, Sustainability Manager at Il Borro, explains:
