On May 29th, Il Borro had the privilege of hosting a stop of the charitable initiative Chefs for Life, a project involving some of the most renowned chefs on the national and international scene, united by the desire to support charitable causes through gastronomic excellence.
The evening featured 17 well-known Italian chefs, including Chicco and Bobo Cerea, Vito Mollica, Loretta Fanella, Alberto Quadrio, Philippe Léveillé, and Andrea Campani, Executive Chef of Il Borro. Each contributed creativity, expertise, and dedication to the success of an event that perfectly combined fine dining with social responsibility.
Hosting Chefs for Life was a particularly meaningful moment for Il Borro. The event was not only an opportunity to celebrate culinary culture and the art of hospitality but also to reaffirm our concrete commitment to initiatives that promote ethical values, social inclusion, and community support.
Our participation in this initiative fits within a broader path of integrated sustainability, which has always been one of the founding principles of our Estate. At Il Borro, we believe that respect for the environment and the enhancement of the territory must go hand in hand with social commitment. In this spirit, in 2024 we joined the “Businesses for People and Society” Manifesto, promoted by the UN Global Compact Network Italy, reaffirming our commitment to contributing to an ethical, inclusive business model oriented towards the common good.
