Experience olive harvesting at Il Borro Toscana, a journey into the production of EVO oil guided by the expert hands of our farmers. During this unique 2-hour experience, you will actively participate in olive harvesting for one hour, immersing yourself in the rhythms of nature and the Tuscan agricultural tradition. Following this, you will witness the olive pressing process for another hour, with the opportunity to observe the transformation of the fruit into precious extra virgin olive oil. To complete this extraordinary experience, there will be an oil tasting, allowing you to appreciate its authentic notes and flavors.
