IIl Borro is pleased to inaugurate a new gastronomic experience that celebrates the conviviality and authenticity of Tuscan tradition: “Cena nelle Aie”. The first evening will take place on August 14, 2025, in the enchanting Aie garden, under the warm glow of lights suspended among the trees.
Conceived as a tribute to rural culture, the evening will be marked by a warm and simple atmosphere: long communal tables, red and white checkered tablecloths, and a buffet dinner showcasing the authentic flavors of traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Guests will be welcomed with an outdoor aperitif in front of the Pomario, followed by a traditional Tuscan dinner featuring classic dishes such as panzanella and pappa al pomodoro, grilled specialties, mixed fried delicacies, and the iconic gelato cart. The meal will be accompanied by a selection of Il Borro wines and beers.
