We are excited to announce that Chef Andrea Campani participated in the important meeting organized by the Val d’Arno Delegation of the Italian Academy of Cuisine, held at the Library of the Accademia del Poggio. It was an event that saw the participation of local chefs, teachers and students from the Istituto Alberghiero Giorgio Vasari in Figline, all united in the goal of discussing issues of great relevance for the future of food and wine in the area.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for exchange and reflection, addressing in particular the themes of innovation, critical issues and enhancement of the Valdarno di Sopra. It was an opportunity to explore how the culinary tradition of the area can be enriched and promoted through collaboration between professionals, institutions and young talents in the sector.
Chef Andrea Campani, with his experience and passion for cooking, brought his contribution, emphasizing the importance of keeping local culinary traditions alive while looking to the future with an innovative approach.
Promoting the Valdarno di Sopra has always been one of the main commitments of our company, which has always stood out for its support and enhancement of local food and wine excellence. We are therefore proud to have taken part in this event and to actively contribute to the enhancement of local traditions, convinced that the strength of partnerships is the engine for a successful future for the food and wine of our area.
