Il Borro has recently taken a significant step forward in its commitment to sustainability through a meeting organized with Francesco Perrini, Full Professor of Management and Technology, and Maria Carmela Ostillio, Associate Professor of Practice at Bocconi University.

During a day dedicated to our team, the professors led an in-depth reflection on key topics such as corporate sustainability, biodiversity, innovation, and communication – essential elements for our organization, which successfully integrates hospitality, dining, winemaking, and agriculture.

The meeting encouraged discussions about the challenges and opportunities presented by our circular economy model, opening up new perspectives for the future of the estate.
