Il Borro’s New Organic Gin represents an aromatic excellence from Tuscany, and every drop tells the story of the Estate.

With a long tradition of organic wine production and a Farm to Table philosophy in the restaurant, Il Borro inaugurates the production of this Organic London Dry Gin, which offers a sophisticated balance of citrus, herbaceous and resinous notes, enhanced by a sweet touch of honey.

Ideal to be enjoyed on its own, or used in fine cocktails, the gin displays exclusive aromas that include juniper, lavender, olive leaves, honey and sage, all grown following strict organic practices and sourced from the Estate itself.

The organic philosophy and commitment to sustainable agriculture are reflected in its aroma dominated by grapefruit and myrtle, as well as spice and juniper, and in its fresh, pungent flavor tempered by the soft taste of honey.
