Utterly robust and balanced it displays notes of black plums, blackberries, juniper berries, black cherries, licorice, dark chocolate, guarana, green tea leaves, eucalyptus, sage and nepitella. Medium-full body, soft tannins and a very graceful finish. At its best from 2025.

Petruna 2020- 94/100
Utterly rare and shiny in the main structure it displays a truly centered, composed and regal degree of maturity. Crisp notes of currants, raspberries, black cherries, lime, lemon peel and ginger describe the main scene. Fullness and character are a beautiful expression of the terroir centered at Il Borro from the very start. Medium body, velvety tannins and a finish of great grace and poise. Drink it now.
