Il Borro is proud to announce the participation of Vittoria Ferragamo at the recent Relais & Châteaux Conference held in Paris, where she passionately represented the estate’s projects to an audience of 800 attendees.

During the event, Vittoria shared Il Borro’s commitment to promoting sustainable practices across all areas of its activities, reaffirming the estate’s role as a benchmark for responsible hospitality.

Vittoria Ferragamo is a member of the Relais & Châteaux Commission for Sustainable Development, a position entrusted to her due to her extraordinary work in transforming Il Borro into a model of integrated sustainability. Under her leadership, the estate stands out for a wide range of projects: from livestock and organic farming in the vegetable garden to the production of extra virgin olive oil, honey, and flours, as well as innovative management of energy resources.

In line with the mission of Relais & Châteaux, Vittoria and her team work daily to preserve biodiversity, promote a short supply chain, and protect the cultural and natural heritage of Tuscany.
