In Il Borro’s restaurants, the farm-to-table philosophy inspires every aspect of the cuisine, respecting the land and Tuscan traditions. We use seasonal raw materials from the Estate or selected local producers, ensuring sustainability and transparency along the supply chain.

The Tuscan Bistro in the world

The Il Borro Tuscan Bistro format is also present in Florence on the Lungarno Acciaiuoli and in Dubai inside the luxurious Al Naseem Madinat Jumeirah Hotel. In July 2022, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Elounda opens inside the Elounda Peninsula ALL SUITE HOTEL, owned by the Kokotos family.
