85 hectares of organic vineyards
Il Borro vineyards grow along the hills of Val d’Arno, at the foot of the Pratomagno mountain. These 85 hectares and the different varieties that are cultivated there exalt and reflect the value and quality obtained in this mild climate.
Strong territorial identity
The wines produced have strong territorial identity; this in fact is the central theme of the agricultural estate and the new mission of the vineyards of Il Borro. Native vines such as Sangiovese, as well as vines which have now become a part the of “Tuscan tradition” such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah today coexist and well adapt to the variability of the soils.
The wines
of Il Borro
The crowning achievement of Il Borro are the 85 hectares of vineyards which produce 12 precious labels, of which 10 are organic. The production aims to obtain the utmost quality while respecting the soil and nature providing perfect conditions for the production of unique wines.
