Notice on treatment of your personal data under article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30/06/2003, regarding protection of people and other data subjects in personal data processing.


Dear Madam/Sir,


We wish to inform you that, for the purposes of undertaking and pursuing our current contractual relationship with you, our company is in possession of your data, which may have been acquired verbally, directly or through a third party. Legislative Decree 196 of 30/06/2003 (Privacy Code) requires those processing personal data to notify the data subject of the data that is processed and a number of items of information concerning how it is processed: it must be processed correctly, lawfully and transparently, protecting your confidentiality and your rights. In the context of the provisions of the law, our company guarantees that data will be processed with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms and dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

In compliance with this legislation, we hereby provide you with the following Information.


 Nature of the data processed


 We process your identifying data and fiscal data, and data of an economic nature required for the purposes of existing and future contractual relationships. We do not have any data on you which might be considered sensitive (art. 4 subsection "b" of Legislative Decree 196) or judicial (art. 4, subsection "e" of Legislative Decree 196).


 Purposes of the processing


 Your data will be processed in relation to contractual requirements, the consequent fulfilment of legal and fiscal obligations, and effective management of financial and commercial relations. The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently to its conclusion for completion of legal requirements and for administrative and commercial purposes such as updating the company’s registry and statistics, invoicing, customer and supplier book-keeping, sending commercial information, and sending newsletters and promotional material (via post, fax and e-mail).


Processing methods


The data will be processed using tools and procedures capable of guaranteeing security and confidentiality and may be processed on paper or by computer.


Obligatory or optional providing of data


Refusal on your part to provide data which we must obtain in order to fulfil our obligations under contracts, laws and European regulations and standards, or orders given by Authorities authorised to give orders under the law and by supervisory bodies will make it impossible to set up or pursue a contractual relationship with you, to the extent that the data is necessary for this purpose. Refusal to provide data we are not obliged to have shall be considered on a case-by-case basis, and a decision shall be made depending on the importance to us of the requested data which you refuse to provide.


Data communication and disclosure


We will not disclose your data, meaning providing it to any other party in any way, even by making it available for their consultation.

We may communicate or disclose your data as follows:

to parties who may access the data under provisions of the law, European regulations or standards, to the extent stated in these regulations;

 to parties needing access to your data for purposes related to your relationship with our company, to the extent strictly necessary to perform a number of auxiliary tasks (such as, by way of example, banks and shipping agents);

 to our consultants, assistants and employees, to the extent necessary to perform their work for our company, having given them a letter of appointment requiring confidentiality and security; to all physical persons and/or legal entities, public and/or private, if providing the data is necessary or useful for performing our tasks;

 Below is an extract from article 7 of Legislative Decree 196 to remind you that you may exercise the following rights in relation to us:

 the right to obtain cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data have been collected and subsequently processed; the right to obtain updating, rectification or integration of the data;

 the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even data relevant to the purpose of the collection;

 the right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning you, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
