VIVA is the Program of the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security, promoting the sustainability of the Italian wine industry in order to create a production model that respects the environment and values the territory, to protect the quality of Italian wines and offer opportunities on the international markets.
Based on necessary verifications conducted by specialized technicians and thanks to the submission of documentation regarding Air, Water, Territory and Vineyard, it has been certified that the relevant indicators comply with the requirements of the VIVA ORGANIZATION specifications “the sustainability of viticulture in Italy.”
Another important milestone for Il Borro, managing to implement increasingly sustainable practices.
