Every day from 7.15 pm, pizza takes centre stage at Vin Café Aie del Borro.

An evergreen dish of Italian cuisine, made with authentic ingredients: flour from grains grown at Borro and low in gluten, our own tomato puree creatively paired with specially selected local products, and enhanced by traditional baking in a wood-fired oven. A welcome drink and a selection of starters will be served for the occasion, followed by 4 different types of pizza. At the end of the meal you will be able to enjoy a delicious homemade ice cream.
