Il Borro, March 2024 For the third consecutive year Andrea Campani, Il Borro Executive Chef, will take part to the 7th edition of Chianina & Syrah, the gourmet event that is taking place in Cortona from 9th to 11th March, 2024. Saturday, March 9th Andrea Campani will be guest Chef at the Signorelli Teather for “The White Giant and Prince Syrah” Gala Dinner. He will delight the guests with his fried chianina tongue, green sauce, lemon and Il Borro pecorino cheese. Chef Campani’s cuisine centers on bringing out the raw ingredients of Il Borro Vegetable Garden, aiming to create a true Farm to Table Experience, which is the concept that underlies the whole Property restaurant service, with an offer that brings “to the table” products and recipes that fully convey the Estate green philosophy.
