Do not miss the exclusive “White Vibes” aperitif, it will lead you to the discovery of two fine organic labels from our cellar including the brand new Il Borro Chardonnay. An itinerant journey inside the historic Il Borro cellar where you can taste two chardonnays vinified with two distinct techniques in the heart of the new area dedicated to the particular clyver vinification and in the characteristic barrique tunnel. Exclusive aperitif at the museum
Do not miss the exclusive aperitif in the art gallery with Il Borro Story, an itinerant tasting inside the “Vino & Arte” gallery, where you can retrace the importants moments of the Estate, from the acquisition in 1993 by the Ferragamo family, up to today… where you too can leave your mark and enter our history. Wines: Petruna e Polissena . two organic labels, 100% Sangiovese, one vinified in terracotta amphorae and one in French oak barrels.
